The Best Porridge Ever
Porridge must be my ultimate breakfast option, my go to meal when it’s cold or hot. I have tried many different porridge options, but this has to be my all tume favorite recipe.
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon coconut flakes
1 teaspoon raisins
mixed nuts (optional – I like adding no more than just a few for the crunchiness)
I like to first mix the oats with some hot water. Then I add the sugar and the cinnamon and give the mixture a stir. I top it with the coconut flakes and the nuts and eat straight away.
